I saw at Wired NextFest a while back in San Francisco (yeah, I'm so hip) that demoed an invisibility coat. Far from perfect, but it used tiny mirrors to do it. Wait, looks exactly like that video.

Dunno about the rest of asia, but what they eat in Japan sure isn't curry. As for fish and chips... i must have had it less than 10 times in my life. English people hardly eat fish anymore... not that there are many left to eat even if they wanted to.
