PLATFORM FIGHT! PLATFORM FIGHT! PLATFORM FIGHT!
Eh, but I'm with the elitist dickwads here. I guess we'll see yet another console to PC port, with non-changeable controls and a HUD the size of a guido's steroid zit.

Sadly, your probably correct. Flashbacks of GTAIV, need to shower now.
Anyway, my favorite line from the Gamespot forums:
Activate Speed mode, run to the Crytek studio in Germany, go on Stealth mode, look for Cevat Yerli, activate Strength mode, kick him in the balls.
I just hope that Crysis 2 isn't held back by the consoles. Say what you like about its gameplay, Crysis was and is still the most technically accomplished game ever released. Crysis was resource-hungry, but that was because so much was going on. The RAM limitations alone will be a serious issue on the consoles to say nothing of the graphics. I suspect the console versions will be running it on the equivalent of the PC's Low settings, with maybe a Medium or two.
While I don't really expect Crysis 2 to exceed its visually and technically stunning predecessors by any great amount it would be very sad if it ended up being inferior because of the consoles. I had hoped that the Crysis series wouldn't hit consoles until the next console generation, which in theory should be much more capable of running it with PC-like settings.
