I just tried to buy Apache vs. Havoc and the site told me that my payment was rejected. I have bought many games from GOG in the past and this has never happened to me. I am sure that my credit card details are correct as I simply copy and paste them from a database. Any ideas what might be causing this? The site also told me that I have only one try left to complete my payment. What happens when I unsuccessfully use that last try?

Possibly you'd have to wait 24 hours to try again.

It might be a problem on card provider's side. It happened to me once, my MasterCard (used for all GOG purchases) was rejected. I didn't go for that last try, so I don't know what happens next (I assume that particular purchase gets cancelled).

That one time I used another card and the next day everything went back to normal. Because the other card was accepted, I assume it wasn't GOG issue.
That would suck since the deal will be gone then.

Yeah, I hope it will go back to normal soon. It's just weird because I've used this card for four years and it has never been rejected before. I also logged into my online bank account, and everything seems to be in order. I'm going to try using Paypal for now.

It was the same in my case. Just a single occurrence and everything in order otherwise, no problems registered on bank account. Anyway, good luck with PayPal.

Thanks. Luckily the PayPal payment went through. Let's see if things are back to normal tomorrow.
