May I ask what move that was? I recall more or less the state of the board at that point, but not sure to which move you are referring to.

Booohoo, lost the semi-final :( I was the on the receiving end the whole match and made a lot mistakes very early on, including getting my first knight killed in a very stupid fashion. Congrats Accatone, and good luck in the finals.

Thank you, DProject. Yes, you made a few mistakes at the beginning and that set the tone of the game till the end. Yet you fought till the end no matter what happened and I liked that. I made mistakes at the end of the match due to your play. I also wanted to end the game as soon as possible.

Update on the promotion problem:
By going through the "View Games" selection on the menu to the left, I was able to get the proper promotion prompt. Queen in place, waiting for Nroug7 to finish the match. Would help if it was available through the "Play" part you can press on the "Player Home" part.
Also, the "View Games" option displays the text messages sent as well it seems.

Thanks for the update, Christian is already looking into the problem, hope he will finds a solution.

I left a pawn unprotected early on. However, he had a weird opening that gave me total control of the center of the board for the whole game, and he didn't do anything to develop his main pieces. The final few moves were actually pretty cool. He made a mistake at the end, but by that point he was going to lose in a couple of moves anyway.

Semi-Final 2: JMich vs. MonstaMunch is set up.

The system is messed up. I was about to win, then it automatically gave me a queen instead of letting me choose a piece when I got my pawn to the end, creating a stalemate. WTF?

JMich vs. MonstaMunch has ended with a Draw (argh, something I have forgotten to think about in the first place).

Any suggestions how to tread this?

I don't get it. The rules are that when a pawn gets to the end, you get to pick a piece, it doesn't have to be a queen, so it wasn't going to be stalemate.

I have followed the game the last 20 minutes.
The problem with your game is that it is JMich turn, but he has no free field to move to. Based on the official rules, this game is correctly treated as a draw.

Why? Based on the rules of the game, I could have picked a knight instead of a queen, then gone on to win.
