It's actually the weekend today, so you know our contest weekend keeps on rolling--and the stakes are rising! If you've got the free time today, we have just the thing to keep you entertained on a cold afternoon; another contest. We will be running three more contests throughout the weekend, and a new one starts right now!

To give you guys a break from brain teasing and word jumbles, we offer you a caption contest. This weekend's special sale is on Anuman games, so take a look at the screencaps on the game pages from any of their games in our catalog and find the perfect caption. Draw on a speech bubble, or maybe make a motivational poster. Whatever you do, you'll have until 6.59 EST tomorrow (13.11.11) to come up with something witty or trenchant and send it to contest@gog.com with the subject line "GOG.com 2011 Caption Contest". We'll announce all of our contest winners on Wednesday, so keep tuned.

From all of the entries, we'll pick 3 winners and gift them 3 $5.99 or $9.99 games of their choice. The heat is on to make an impression in a good way, so warm up those pixel-slicing machines and show us what you can do.

Bonne chance, and be sure to check back tomorrow for our last two contests!
Yeah, this contest suitable for me as i'm horrible with puzzle or cryptic stuff.
Ah what the hell, gave it a shot anyway. Probably won't win but at least I can say I gave it a shot.

The winners will be announced on Wednesday, but will we get to see the winning entries as well I wonder?

GOG.com: take a look at the screencaps on the game pages from any of their games in our catalog and find the perfect caption
uhm... so I am supposed to:
a) look at catalog, find here some screenshot AND quote from any Anuman game then connect them together?
OR
b) look at catalog, find out some screenshot from any Anuman game and then add my very own caption to it?
So, let me see this clear: pick up from any on sale game's screenshots, add some funny/crazy text and send to GOG?
That's fine.

I assume it's B

I think the same but still preferred to ask as I am not English native speaker and this wording is not so clear to me.
Sent mine.

I gimped a screenshot from one of the games pages and added my own caption.

I'll post it on the forums too when the contest is over. I hope other members will do it too, this one should be fun.
I don't like this one! I'm a developer, I like correct/incorrect, not this subjective things.
GIVE US PUZZLES!

Two out of three of the contests so far have been puzzles :)

But i like this one!
All done. I'll give you a hint: dude is bad at stabbing.

I too am missing the love of the mailbot.
I was thinking of skipping this one as well, but the less people in it, the better the chances of winning it. The screenshots don't help much though. Most motivational posters have odd/weird/funny pictures and captions without a funny circumstance happening in the image is hard.

Come on brain meats! WORK! WOOOORK!!!
Can we enter multiple times if we can think of funny captions for multiple pictures?

Not likely IMO.

The announcement doesn't outright state any restrictions on the number of entries per person, but entering multiple times seems like an unfair move to me.

Best to wait for an official response before you do so. In the meantime, choose the one you think is best and send that in.
