Question: Is it ok to use music from older games?

Mine uses a bunch of music and a few character images straight from *a pair of games* here. If I get in trouble for it, I have a cunning plan which involves blaming Ubivis for everything :P

Welp, thought I could make a game for the giveaway, but I started up Construct and realized I have no ideas on what to make. Ah well, it was neat to start learning how to use a new software like that. Good luck to the participants that were able to get something done! :)
