xbox360achievements have the list of achievements for Blood Bowl and they pretty much only ever get them 2-3 weeks ahead of release. It might ACTUALLY be out this year! it was beginning to smell a bit duke nukem forever there for a while

I assume the PS3 version will be out at the same time but then I was dumb enough to originally assume the PC, handheld and console versions might be out at the same time...

Blood Bowl for $30, sure. Blood Bowl for $45...no thanks.
Pretty cool that GW is finally letting their ACTUAL turn-based rules be used in a game. I guess BB's sales were down low enough that they finally gave in.

Hope they release a disc and not a download like the pc version. My hard drive is getting full.

It's also out for prepurchase on le Steam now. Sounds like a cool concept, merging two of my favorite things together: American Football and Orcs.

Well the tabletop game is awesome, dunno how well it'll translate to realtime but I'm buying it for the turn based mode

I have BB from the start, will be those Dark Elves added as a patch?
My pathetic excuse of a PC causes me effing long loading times in BB, so I won't play it properly until I upgrade HW, I am just curious.

I like Tolkien Orcs. Warhammer Orcs... ehh, they're OK.

I watched a live match on Xfire last night and from what I can see in turn-based mode it plays exactly like the tabletop version. It's now on my shopping list.

It was all I could do to stop myself shouting at the guy playing for his bad tactics but the footage sure shows how well they replicated the board game.
Hope the 360/ps3 versions come with the dark elves

I had forgotten about this game. Think I will grab it for the PC though, little worried that the majority of Xbox live players either won't get it or will play it in real time mode. Read the youtube comments its disheartning.

I reckon if we have enough 360 owners here who play it, we could have a GOG tournament (Or maybe GOG Bowl) and play in turn based the way it ought to be played

Hmm maybe I would have to get it for the 360 as well then if thats the case. Does the game come with a league system?
