No one's won yet? You know that 2008 thing probably should have gone in the title. As it is though we've possibly done all the numbers if you include the non-vet members.

This is a cool thread uulav. May I piggy back off of it??

I was thinking of doing something similar but this time with only newbies allowed to win. Those registered in 2012. Give a noob a free game or two and they'll stick around and become a veteran one day I figure. Oh, I was going to ask a trivia question rather than guessing a number.

Would it be ok if I piggybacked off your idea?

please do! i wanted to limit people who can take part on this because competition takes longer and its fun twist for those who have been members here long time, so when you told you idea it sounds great for new users!

gameon: Dont worry, someone else is going to do one for 2012 only soon :) Would make more sense to do a full year time scale (as 2012 is still going on) Maybe from april 2011-april 2012.....but thats just me!
and anyone doing 2009/2010/2011 then?

i just dont get the whole reason behind it. if you make a compo why not give anyone a chance, but thats just me.

Oh don't be like that, there's plenty of contests without constraints. I suppose he wanted to see how many of us old buggers are cheap enough to jump on a contest!
