During a Steam IM with Vagabond about my um, Amazon incident with a CD of Audiosurf, he had this good idea about giving it away, which I won't. But it got me thinking. If you have unopened copies of games or just games where you didn't install it because of an asshole of an EULA, we should have forum giveaways for those games. Or not just games, even software, books, CDs, B- movies, etc. We could have draws and randomly pick out a poster and send him/her/it a free title.
What do you think? (Selfish people need not post.)

im down. i think i can definitely dig up some golden oldies. hope i dont get too nostalgic and start playing them all over again...

That's great! We can even give away gift codes from GOG/Steam/other retailers if someone is willing to shell out.

I'm not sure that I understand it. Let's say you have a game, a book or even an anal probe you don't want, so you will just give it to someone? If yes, then I might find something to give away.

PERFECT. I have HL2 and Episode 1 gift codes and absolutely nothing to do with them. Ummm.... if there's anyone alive who hasn't played them.
I'm going to go raid my old game collection too. I'll come back and let you know how much old game love I have to spread and in the form of which games it will be conveyed.

I have two free copies of the game Lugaru (an indie game) to give away here.
It's a downloadable game, so just google and play the demo. If anyone wants, just say so here.

HL2 Episode 1 gift code to give away as well as FEAR 1 PC version to give away to any aussies here.
God how much i hate this game and I simply don't wanna see it on my shelf besides great games like monkey Island 3, Grim Fandango, Fallout Trilogy, Baldur's Gates saga and Empire total war.
the cd is in perfect condition as well as everything else inside. the box is a bit worn on edges but still shiny.

Couldn't bring myself to give up any of my classics, I just like seeing them in my collection, so this is mostly just stuff I probably won't ever play again
