I am assuming he means that he doesn't date single mothers (period), and that he expressed this policy of his in a civilized manner at a forum. Which got him banned.

Now, if my assumption is correct and that's what really claims that happened, I would agree that the moderator was wrong in banning him. A civil expression of one's own preferences make no true reason for banning in my book. However, when reading his posts here, I very much doubt his "civilized manner" would match any definition of civil by my standards. And the moderator likely saw it that way, too.
