It appears only select countries can get it.
Dude on Steamgifts forum said it was already sold out, though I'm questioning the authenticity of that remark.

Edit: Dude was totes wrong. Just reserved my copy on Amazon!

I absolutely can not imagine them not offering a backup copy of the Witcher 3, especially with an upcoming client in the works. What reason could they possibly have for not doing it?

Maybe they're holding back on the idea to use it in some un-surprising surprise announcement or something.

But will the amazon CE pre-order guarantee getting a copy? I've had situations where they send an email saying they over sold and there aren't any left. :(

I'd prefer to order it directly from gog.com
