Tulivu: Just in case you missed the most recent word from Sony:

http://blog.us.playstation.com/2011/05/04/sonys-response-to-the-u-s-house-of-representatives

I am interested in the mention of free downloads. I have no interest in the free services that I wouldn't pay for anyway. It almost seems promotional.
Bad link, fixed:

On the Osama side of the thread, I can't believe that they are not releasing the photos. While I have no interest in actually seeing them, they have to know the trouble this is going to stir up. You'd think Obama was the president of Sony with how tight lipped he is. I could be wrong but how much angrier do they think al-Qaeda is going to be than they already are? Is Obama just trying to make more people look stupid by holding onto a document until his opponents make fools of themselves only to reveal it at the most convinient time for him? I am not the conspiracy type but it unsettles me that no one has access to anything that supports what the administrations claims.

The problem with releasing the photos is not that it might anger Al Qaeda (at this point, who really cares if we piss them off more), it's that it might anger otherwise peaceful Muslims into sympathizing with Al Qaeda or other extremist Muslim groups. The last thing we need is to create a membership drive for groups like that.
Another one of the reasons that I don't bother to purchase an XBox or PS3.
Guys, you clearly cannot see the source of the problem. Osama Bin Laden was killed... After PSN was down... after Obama released his birth certificate... after Donald Trump tried to become a candidate for presidency.

In other words, Donald Trump spent all of his campaign funds on hackers to shut down PSN so that they could catch Bin Laden in an effort to make the media ignore his massive blunder by producing an even bigger story.
