Ois: By influencing the way others act through our own communication?
Random posts, trolling, and leet/text speak does not last long when the rest of us post in a "classy" manner. Or try to post in a good helpful way.
That's the idea at least. So far, the beta has attracted a classy community and we can hope it will stay and grow with as few issues as possible.

anyway, I just wanted to say, that in a general thread, I think it's a cool idea for us to socialize. Many of us here are random in nature, I myself love non-sequitur humor. But at the same time, it must be observed that respect towards others as well as confidence in all parties is well maintained. So in my personal opinion, being random isn't bad.
Using 1337 isn't bad either, it's just the majority of people who do use it, are immature and uneducated to proper behavior when conducting communication with others. You should consider ceasing to associate poor behavior with how a person is trying to communicate. If a society of peoples all had their head up their butts, and spoke a language different from your own, would you condemn anyone who used the language or just those people who had their head up their butts?
Anyway, I hope my post was able to appropriately defend what I believe in, while also opening up passages for new ideas in the people who read it, other wise I'VE FAILED HORRIBLY.
