1. Change your GG password temporarily.
2. Go to http://hidemyass.com and enter http://www.gamersgate.com as URL, turn on SSL, open Advanced options and select any US server (Chicago-2 works best for me).
3. Click 'Hide My Ass' button. If you see prices in $ then it's working.
4. Log in using your temporary password, add desired game to the basket, go to checkout.
5. Close the browser tab, open gg store normally, log in to your account, change your password back, finish started transaction in $.

Changing password is not necessary, it's just for your own protection.

Using this method, the page http://www.gamersgate.com/games?&prio=relevance&q=black+mirror returns Black Mirror 1, 2, 3, NiBiRu and Next Life, all these games are blocked to me in "normal" GG :(

Another method: some people (for example some of my friends in Poland) get prices in $ when they access the GG store from their mobiles using Opera Mini.

I have a paid VPN service that I use for such operations , howver sometimes the offers costs more is US and USD than in the Eurozone EURO.....
I have used this with more companies but they tend to plug the holes after a while... (Mind you I do not use false address information , so sometimes I am punished for that even though I use a VPN for the "operation")
