Oh! , I have read about "Tagës Protection" on some games , but is the game like "dead" after 5 activations or can you write and ask the company for more activations ?
Also some protection schemes have some uninstall/remove feature - in connection with re-installation.
Yes ! hard "DRM" REALLY SUCKS (well IMHO DRM SUCKS in general) , I actually bought a program (not a game) and then found afterwards that there were only 3 (three) free activations and then they would charge you for extra activation. I were quite upset (I don't know how many times I have reinstalled my "main PC" because of upgrades or problems easier fixed by re-install than by keep trying to find the fault ) (mind you I do use backups but either one may not have all things in the backup or sometimes it won't do) (I just changed/upgraded the CPU on my "Game Rig" and now this program that can only be activated 3 times won't run , I were very annoyed and wanted to contact their support to complain but found out that because it were 13 months since I actually bought the program then I would have to pay $20 ? , support ticket fee, I think it was, to write them an email to complain , didn't mattter that there had been no other support incidents at all while I have had the program.).

I am having second doubts about this due to the activation limit stuff. I'll contact you if I decide to get it (sale is over though)...
O.k. guys, I have a weird request; I have tropico 3 gold (tropico 3 steam special and tropico 3: absolute power the expansion) and I am looking to find the Tropico "pack" or whatever it is called that has what I have plus Tropico reloaded (I actually want to play the older titles first before anything). I realize the pack has an extra game so I am willing to give a toki tori or critical mass key in addition.

Note: I missed the sale on tropico reloaded here and on dotemu (for 1.5 dollars mind you) so I want to stop beating myself up about it ^^

Anyway, you might be right because I checked the trilogy (after you said its name) on steam and it mentions tropico 2 as a seperate item even though it is in reloaded as well... Oh, hey, wait a minute... does that mean you have this then or did you look up the steam page?

Don't worry " tropico reloaded" will be on sale again on some place and you can aquire "Tropico" through "Steam" "franchise sales" and general sales also (if/when)......
