Take a walk on the deadside!

Shadow Man, a remarkably dark and gripping action-adventure game based on the voodoo-filled comic book series, is available 60% off on GOG.com. That's only $2.39 for the next 24 hours!

They say that magic of blood is the ultimate kind of magic. It pleases the mighty dark spirits of the Deadside, giving its user power that no human being should ever wield. But the human soul is easily corruptible by such temptations. There are always those, who would reach for the forbidden fruit. They will kill to taste it. They will kill again to keep it. But the Man of Shadows, the traveler between the worlds, stands guard. His destiny is to maintain balance between the Deadside and the Liveside. By the power of gruesome voodoo artifacts, he's implored to stop all strife--by any means necessary.

Shadow Man is a third-person perspective action game that will amaze you with its dark story and aesthetics. You will explore two overlapping worlds, held together by the power of eternal magic. The nonlinear gameplay will take you to numerous impressive locations with many terrifying enemies to defeat and clever puzzles to solve. If you enjoy action games with deep and unique setting, solid gameplay, and dark mood, you can't go wrong with this comic book-inspired classic!

Start your fascinating journey through the dark realms of bloody magic and madness in Shadow Man, for only $2.39 on GOG.com, today! The offer lasts until Tuesday, February 11, at 10:59AM GMT.
GOG does like to discount shadowman a lot.

To what I remember it was an ok game

It's OK, it's from a time when action-adventures with environmental puzzles were good fun, like the original Tomb Raiders, before the genre lost it's "adventure" part and just became action.

Before backtracking became a taboo word, too. Getting all the souls was pretty hard.

Oh I don't know, the Uncharted games defiantly have clearly marked off puzzle sections to solve, not that any non-PlayStation owners get a chance to play those or anything though...
is there any real advantage playing this version to the n64 version? I have the n64 version and don't have any issues with it. Great game!
Nice promo.
already owned from previous promo, but thank's.

Well, it's on PC. It's a lot easier to carry a laptop around than a N64 + TV.

Unless you mean emulator? In which case, maybe convenience?
Nice promo but i already own Shadow Man. My Wallet is safe! :-P

Lol wut, you can run this game up to 1920x1080 (and presumably beyond), with hardware acceleration, with the power of a modern PC, with also a fantastic high-res texture mod available, and you're asking if it's any better than a fracking Nintendo 64 version?! Step it up son.

So if you have the N64 version, the only reason to pick the PC one is Graphics? Good to know.

Does that mean something meaningful is coming out tomorrow?

Another big release perhaps?
