seriously though, I wish someone would shut them up.

Is it just me or is Apple heading downhill faster than Windows Vista?

I believe it was Fujitsu who's also suing Apple over the name of iPad as they created a windows device back in the early 2000s called an ipad, seen here:

Once every case of IP infringement done by the Chinese is cleared up, I'll let Chinese businesses sue. However, I'm not going to support them in any way until they stop blatantly stealing products from other companies, rebranding them, and then being protected by the Chinese government.

I still giggle when I hear of the iPad it's like "oh really, your iPod having it's monthlies?"
