I just noticed that the Freespace 1 box has changed.

Did anyone else noticed any other boxe changes recently?

I couldn't find any other one on my shelf.

The Giants Citizen Kabuto box seems to have changed on my shelf.

Yeah, I just noticed that too. I think the Giants: Citizen Kabuto box may also have changed, but I'm not sure.

Die by the Sword also.

The old one was way better.

So let's see, the Giants one has emphasised logo, not too shabby. Die by the sword basically IS just the logo, and lost quite a bit of appeal form the original one. Freespace on the other hand... I'm not really sure. It's not bad, but neither good or in fact better in any conceivable way. Must be from all the pink/violet background.

Agree. Freespace cover is now better, but Die by the sword looks ugly..

Clearly Interplay are pimping their stock to get some more units shifted in the sale. The boxes are a bit more striking, I'll give them that.

I think they changed Ishar and Castles boxes.

They're changing some of the "box art" again. Battle Chess, Descent 1+2, Descent 3, Freespace 2, MAX 1+2 seem to have new cover pictures.

Some boxes really need a new cover, they are horrible....

My mind is clearly not functioning correctly.. I read '..changing boxes' and assumed it was a wife/gf change..

Apologies for thread bs, but did check mine, all seems ok. Windows downloads some crap art, if you have it set up for that, and might account for on machine icons, but not gog ones.
