What can i say but thanks guys for caring for your customers i cant see the likes of EA doing something like that.
Certainly one of the best if not the best company in the computer idustry.

Now I know I have to work for CD Projekt. No other company would be an option. I've even sent them my CV.. they must have missed it... ;P
I can resend it if you're looking for some customer service people.. or someone who can prepare your coffe in the morning...
;)

you mean resenD : ). Resent means something quite different...and past tense does not apply here (sorry for being a grammatical bitch : )).
Anyway, I also thought a lot about working at CDP, but right now I have great job somewhere else, so this is maybe for a future...

I love stories like this. People think the business world is full of nothing but self-centred greedy dimwits. But sometimes, somtimes we get wonderful people that do stuff just out of the kindness of their heart/want of good PR ;)
