Phew, that is a good question I don´t know answer to. I can only safely say that saving during fight has no impact on NPC´s life (i.e. it is not regenerating) but I guess they do heal up during sleep.
I think you are right. Anyway, he's dead. I don't know what happened, but this is weird. The first time I encountered him, I used paralyze and haste spells and dealt tons of damage for at least 3-4 minutes : I couldn't kill him. Now I just tried again, using the same spells and he died within 10 seconds.
I think I know which "minotaur" you´re speaking about (does he have a name?) and my experience with him was similar :)
It doesn't work on win7.

"Loading DLL error"

Perhaps the program could say what dll it was trying to load?

As for the translation, if you have a source repository available of the translation texts, I'd be happy to give them an editor pass. I've done a fair amount of editing work on foreign speaker translations, and could use a break from debugging.

I have Win7 64x myself and game was working just fine. You should definitely head to official forums with this issue.

As for translation editing, I´d be glad if you can do that. PM me your email address, I´ll send you the text. And thanks for volunteering.

I went to the official forums first. They are all in Czech. I have no idea what is going on in the interface, nor the sub-forum list, nor the content of the threads.

Sorry about that :/

Try to post here:

http://www.say-realm.com/forum3/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=39

As for registering, here´s how-to:

1. click on „Registrovat “ (Register)
2. click on „Souhlasím s temito podminkami“ (I accept these conditions) – the usual stuff – you shouldn´t use obscene, vulgar language, etc... only interesting part is that this forum runs on phpBB system from „General Public License“ (www.phpbb.com)
3. Now follows the registration itself:

Name of specific fields:

Uživatelské jméno(User Name – 3 -20 characters)
E-mailová adresa (email)
Potvrzení e-mailové adresy (confirm email)
Heslo (password – between 6-100 characters)
Potvrzení hesla: (confirm password)

Jazyk (language): you can choose British English here!
Časová zóna (Time Zone)
Then enter captcha.

After that, email will (?) be send to your mail – I don´t remember if there is activation link to click on or just confirmation of your username/password, anyways, now you should be able to finish registration on your own.

I´ll ask S.A.Y if it will be possible to implement language selection (I suppose that shouldn´t be too much of a work), it´ll make things easier for everybody in the future.

After a month of playing something else, I'm back to the game and I'm finally done with the mines. I'm now exploring Moor Forest and I have a bad feeling about this place. The spiders are terrifying.

I do envy you .) It has been a month since I´ve played DE:HR DLC - The Missing Link, I´m somewhere in the middle with no time to play right now :( I will definitely compensate myself for this.
I have finally reached Black Rock (last level ?) inhabited with beholders. Before that, I went through the crypt where I had lots of fun. The crypt is also an excellent place to get lots of experience and level up your characters.
Done.

Not bad at all for a game made for fun by a couple of teenagers. The game has its flaws, combats can be tedious and there is no hint about how to solve puzzles. Nada, zip... you are on your own (unless, of course, you speak Czech so you can read the official forum). Also, I love the old fashioned artworks.
