Crewdroog: omg I forgot about that song. that is weird, isn't it? My title came from ELO
Same here. Here's a link to the same song that doesn't say "Not available in your country" for me:

I think it is my favorite E.L.O. song anyway, so...

Kylie Minogue, Can't Get You Out of My Head - just because I read your catchy thread title. Thanks a lot! :P

Crewdroog: So, song stuck in your head currently? Did you have one stuck in there for awhile and it almost drove you insane? Am I causing it to get restuck just bringing this up? Or name/post one that you think will get into everyone's brain (you devil you).
I suffer from this a LOT. Quite often, I will wake up in the morning with some random song on my mind, and it will usually stay there for most of the day. Recently, I decided to start documenting it, so I've made a YouTube playlist that I add new songs to as they turn up. Curiously, the act of doing this seems to have alleviated my condition somewhat, as it suddenly doesn't seem to happen as often as it used to.

Still, for those who are interested, here is the playlist Songs On My Mind. I will continue to add to it as I wake up with new songs on my mind.

I was about to say the same thing. Now that I'm thinking about it, it won't go away (which is ok, 'cause I find it oddly pleasing).

that sounds like a brilliant idea, I'm gonna try it. My problem isn't so much that it happens really often, but when it does, it lasts for days. thanks for the suggestion :)

Yeah, I thought it might also just be fun to see what sort of list I'll end up with, because the songs that invade my head really are all over the place, with no rhyme or reason (well, most of them rhyme I guess, but you know what I mean).

yeah do an analysis of the types and see what your subconscious is trying to tell you, or if when seen from afar if there is a pattern to it all.

Hehe, well you can look at the few songs that are there already. Good luck with finding a pattern there ;-)

omg that is the most random list ever. Nat King Cole, Disturbed and The Buggles. hahahaha
Andrew Lloyd Webber's Phantom of the Opera song has been firmly entrenched in my head. Specifically, these two versions:

Lindsey Stirling Cover
Phantom of the Opera Meets Metal

In addition, the intro of this DragonForce song is constantly playing in my head:

DragonForce - Holding On

Told ya ;-)
Fires (Burning Brightly) by Procol Harum (off the Grand Hotel album). I heard it on Sirius XM about a week ago and it's been with me since.
