It seems that you're using an outdated browser. Some things may not work as they should (or don't work at all).
We suggest you upgrade newer and better browser like: Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer or Opera

Hi,

I've not been able to download any of the games I have purchased for quite some time. I keep getting the 403 Forbidden error regardless of which browser I use and even when all extensions like adblock have been disabled.

Wondering if anyone else is experiencing the same issue?
Nope.
Have you tried logging out then back in again?

Try logging out and then clear your cache. Restart your computer and then log back in to the site and try again.

Or you can try the GOG downloader manager.
Yep, I usually use Firefox, but the only way I can download games from GOG is via Chrome. It's been like this for a while.

Ashnova, I've experienced the same problem for a quite a time now. The solution to this would be to use the GOG downloader to download your games.

Download it from here - http://www.gog.com/downloader

And remember to turn the "GOG.com downloader mode" slider under "Your Games" to "On".
I always use FlashGot + IDM to download my games .

Thank you everyone for your replies.

I've tried clearing my browser caches, logging in and out of GOG. Still doesn't work. The GOG downloader is not an option since I use Linux and it doesn't run through Wine.

Guess, I'll just contact support.
