yogsloth: I am posting this from my phone, as it is the only way I can log in. Three different browsers (chrome, ie, ff) on two different computers... all just get a spinning circle. Leaving it for minutes, even over an hour... nothing. I can't be the only one. Posting this hoping GOG staff will see and realize they have a problem. If I am having this issue across every computer and browser I try, I can' be the only one. Damn phone keyboard. Hope this gets fixed soon - no account login meabs no access to my games and no way to buy new ones.
This issue should be resolved now.

jondesilva1: I can seemingly log in with this new account but not my main one, it gives me an incorrect password error.
Please send a support ticket. We'll investigate ASAP.

We're currently investigating email delivery issues with HotMail.

I had to reset my password in order to log in. Looks like the galaxy transition might be causing some issues.

Just as a data point, I had to reset my password to log in also. Prior to that my browser auto-logged in for me, however neither the password stored in my browser that I extracted manually from the password manager, nor the identical password stored in my external manager (PasswordSafe) would log into the site. Oddly, others have reported that they were still able to log in without resetting their passwords.

While it's odd, it seems that everyone who is able to go through the password reset process which only takes a minute or so is able to successfully log in.

Also, if you use any kind of cookie-blocking or cookie management plugins, you may need to update their configuration to allow all of GOG's cookies through across their various subdomains etc. I had to do that to be able to properly log in and stay logged in while navigating around the site. This latter problem is a more obscure issue likely to only affect power users who care about such finicky details mind you. :)

Cool, well as soon as this hotmail issue gets fixed I should be able to access my account again =/

I experienced at least 8 hours with no login success here today, possibly longer since I gave up until a little while ago. Glad they got it working. Really cements how much I don't want the ability to play a single-player game to be tied to the ability to log into a server.

After not being able to log in all day, I can now. But I still got the "spinny thing" for the login popup for a good 2 minutes before it came up, but at least it came up this time.

Yes, I was locked out all day too. I got all sorts of work done at my Day Job. Phoo.

Glad to be back. I could see the site, I just couldn't join in the reindeer games. 8)
