It seems that you're using an outdated browser. Some things may not work as they should (or don't work at all).
We suggest you upgrade newer and better browser like: Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer or Opera

I am posting this from my phone, as it is the only way I can log in. Three different browsers (chrome, ie, ff) on two different computers... all just get a spinning circle. Leaving it for minutes, even over an hour... nothing. I can't be the only one. Posting this hoping GOG staff will see and realize they have a problem. If I am having this issue across every computer and browser I try, I can' be the only one. Damn phone keyboard. Hope this gets fixed soon - no account login meabs no access to my games and no way to buy new ones.
Be patient, they're doing some new shit, so stuff is a little messed up for a while. Sucks, though. Hopefully someone will see this.

There's a new login screen.

My guess about why there's only a spinning disc

They're still working on the problems, from what I know.
I'm just posting this on behalf of Gonchi, who also cannot log in to his account. GOG support ticket has been filed a while ago but no response...

Here's one of his posts;
https://secure.gog.com/forum/general/what_is_this_game/post8011

Also he reports the dreaded, relentless spinning circle...

Thanks, GOG Staff! ;-D

The irony of having to go through Steamchat to post for help is not lost on him...

And another one....

Stooner reports he can't log on either. No comments, please ;-p

I also couldn't log in from my PC for about 2 hours. The new login interface was looping with the loading animation forever everytime I tried... and almost an hour ago I could do it properly. So I guess they are still working on it.
I couldn't log in at all because it told me 'user account not found' - but now it got fixed! :) So if you wait maybe it'll get fixed eventually, and fill in a support ticket as well.
Unfortunately, you're not the only one, and it seems to affect folks on the other side of the Atlantic.

And yes, adambiser's theory is correct.

Hopefully GOG's web devs will have fixed it by tomorrow.
Hi guys and gals,

You should be able to send us a ticket without having to log on. Please go here: http://www.gog.com/support/contact/general_website_questions and make sure that Login Issues is selected from the dropdown menu.

Please make sure to write down which browser you are experiencing this issue with along with its version number.

In the meantime, please check that you are using the latest version of your chosen browser(s). (This step is mostly to eliminate at least one variable as to what could be causing login issues for you.)

We are experiencing some issues with a site update and we are working to get it resolved ASAP.

We really apologize for the inconvenience, everyone :(

No issues with Pale Moon 24.6.2 (latest version) here.

But logging in takes a good while in general - that swirly icon keeps spinning for ages before the login screen shows up.
No issues at all with Opera 12.17.

I did this this morning. Of course 10 minutes later the problem resolved itself but I mention it because Judas isn't shitting you, this does work.
ok, I've had to create a new account just to post this.

I can seemingly log in with this new account but not my main one, it gives me an incorrect password error.

Problem is I am trying to reset it and I am not receiving any emails either. Is this connected or have I been hacked? D:

I'm running Windows 7 with Firefox V30.0
