"Oops! Google Chrome could not connect to wpc.11df.edgecastcdn.net " is the message I receive every times I try to download any of my purchased games. ( And yes I try with Opera, IE and Firefox also )

So I bought games and all I can do is staring at them on desk...
Please help. I also tried with GOG Downloader but no luck, it kept preparing the game and then suddenly finished without anything on the folder.
I wonder if there was any error with the server because right after I bought Fallout and Roller Coaster Tycoon 2 Triple Thriller Pack, this happened.

You'll need to contact support for this.

try a restart of your pc - then try re-installing the gog downloader and finally try through web again.

I did and their first respond didn't help, still waiting for the second...

If they said they'll come back to you be patient. Update your browsers, check for malware just in case...

Been 3 days no respond....
Malware affects even this kind of trouble?

the only thing they ban is facebook...

I haven't had any problems downloading when I've been in Hanoi, though my last visit was in December so it may have changed since then.

Yeah, I've realised that.

Um... this is a bit off-topic, but since you're there, do you know the game 7554? Was that ever released in retail, or is it only for download? I'm wondering if I should have my family there pick the box up (if one exists) since I like collecting boxes or if I should be content with my copy from Gamersgate.

They released the game in retail for a couple of months, now only download I guess.
You can ask your family to go to these stores :

+ Thuy Vy Computer - 287/50 Nguyễn Đình Chiểu street, District 3, Ward 5
+ Mimi Games - 100 Pasteur, District 1

They have the retail version.
( but in my opinion, the game is bug-filled....I couldn't enjoy it after 10 mins )
