TrollumThinks: I can't draw but I can do 3D rendering from resources (no copyright issues, I own the rights to render 2D from the models - long explanation but it'll be original in terms of not available elsewhere if not actual design awesomeness) - got a long weekend coming up so I'll try to knock something together.
Would you prefer a full body shot, a close-up of the face or a top-half portrait?
(I could do all 3 but it'd take longer)

Edit: New Q - what resolution do you need? 600x800? 1000x1500? (any res is ok but I need to know what size to render at) and I'm assuming also that it's portrait rather than landscape? (well duh but you never know ;) )

Oh, and the bandanna is apparently tied similar to Rambo, if that makes any sense. It does not cover her hair nor her face :)

ok, I'll take a guess on the resolution (I can always re-render it bigger/other dimensions if wanted).
Bandana - no problem, I think I get it.
I've put something together - no idea if it fits the WOW style as I haven't played that - still tinkering with a couple of things but should have something to post later today.

Ok, here it is. Tried to upload it before but found that there's a 500kb limit on forum uploads and then I had to go out. Back now and resaved it slightly compressed.
If your sister likes it and it's 'nearly right' then it's easy enough to make the bandana yellow or give her a staff/dagger in one hand instead of a spell.

She loved it! Even though I said she could make alterations, she denied saying it would be rude.

Anyway, after some digging of my own, I found out that the char wears a red bandanna, without any pattern. But in any case, that's it.

It is too late now, but I drew something too.

It probably would have not won anything anyway, but since the picture was drawn with the description in mind, I decided to not let it go to waste and just upload the picture.

Glad she liked it :)
Also tell her I won't be offended (at all) if she wants some alterations - call me weird but I actually enjoy playing with this kind of stuff and so long as it's not 10 changes at 10 separate times then it's totally cool.
I'll be redoing it with the red bandana anyway so if she wants a green robe instead of black and/or that staff then let me know :)
Also, if she'd like a close-up / zoomed-out shot then that's easy too.
I could also do a wallpaper size shot of her zapping a skeleton warrior or something (though that'd take longer but I could do it over a couple of weekends).

As for games - I'll have to get back to you, got to pop out now but thanks :)

That's probably more than I've got time for (kid keeps me pretty busy on my days off ;) )
I'd be happy to try one or 2 pics if it sounds like something I'm capable of but couldn't commit to more than that.

had a bit of time so re-rendered it with a red-bandana and then I figured "why not see what it looks like with a red inner-dress too?" so I did. See attached.

Good practice for my workflow - changing bits without having to redo the whole thing (I render in different light-passes and other bits) so it only took a few clicks here and there and then waiting on a couple of renders each and then compositing in GIMP. Most of the work is in setting up the scene and lights in the first place and rendering and tweaking. Once it's done it's easy enough to change bits like that and then just waiting for the CPU to churn through it. Ok, now I'm rambling :P
For some reason I'm only seeing one of the pics attached - here's the other one:
