I bought Neverwinter Nights Diamond several years ago. Now I have a computer that does not have a CD drive. Can I use my key codes/game keys to download a copy of NWN? Origins and Bioware and Blizzard have such features.

No... GOG is just a store, not the owner of NWN . If such an option exists, then it's on the developer/publisher's site, not here.

Yes, they have those features for their properties...kind of how we have the same thing for The Witcher games where you can enter the key from the retail version and have a digital version on your GOG shelf :)
