taczillabr: Treyarch already announced that yes it will have dedicated servers, and co-op for 2 to 4 players.

That makes it more interesting. But I bet Activision still screw around with it. Even though they acknowledge that it's going to be a less popular title (and subsequently, it would be easier to put people off).
Hmm, why is it almost given that you are a super soldier trained in all kinds of combat? Why can't we just be like a common everyday person thrown in the middle of the war? That sounds more refreshing that listening to charlie alpha bravo tango crap over and over.
This looks boring.
I enjoy Call of Duty, both the scripted sequences and the multiplayer.

Then wouldn't they just screw around with it to "make it better"?

Because that would be boring as hell?
An FPS where you don't know how to shoot a gun. That sounds fun :p
Unless what you want is something akin to "The President" in Air Force One. For those unfamiliar with that epically awesome movie: Harrison Ford played the POTUS. His airplane was hijacked by Commissioner Gordon, but have no fear: The POTUS used to be a helicopter pilot in Vietnam, so he was well versed in close quarter combat and counter-terrorism :p.
Nah, I like having well trained killing machines in FPSs. It makes sense.
I was looking on Facebook and their was an ad for CoD Black Ops and it said "You don't know what to expect."
All I can say is... That is exactly the reason I'm not going to get it... I'm betting from now on CoD is going to be mostly recycled garbage running the MW2 engine (unless the dev houses actually make a good story and ignore Activision's demands of less to sell for more)

Hey, Gordon Freeman was just some scientist and look what he learned to do!

Two words about Gordon: Nerd rage!

That Gordon artwork is really nice, without the striders and all added in it is.
I already know what will be the first, and last words of Gordon in HL3:
"Now, where was I? Ah, back to the Hawking's math class!"
I really liked World at War, so I am looking forward to this. Never played Call of Duty 3 as it was console-only, but I don't know why Treyarch are still mocked when World at War kicked so much ass.

The last last line of HL3: "And it was all just a dream."

Apparently it doesn't have 'improvements' like P2P multiplayer. But it does support mouse and keyboard. Oh and text chat in multiplayer. Can't forget that vital feature.
