To my knowledge, yes. They offer DRM-free downloads for everything.

There are enough indie bundles these days to spawn lots of bundle tracking (seems like this month especially there are loads of bundles for whatever reason)...

Yup, they only allow games that are DRM-free (like GOG). This is why it seems odd to call it Steam orientated when all the games are DRM-free and there's only Steam keys for some of the games.
