some confusion with Puddle (not Pid, no idea why someone would confuse Pid and Puddle...). They had it in the first bundle, but it turned out that the publisher took liberties they did not have the rights to do (the same thing happened with IGS, if I remember correctly) without the developers agreement. So BB had to pull Puddle out of the bundle, however in a tweet they stated it was because they ran out of keys.

I think you mean Puddle, not Pid. There was also a screwup where all email addresses subscribed to their newsletter (and possibly anyone who signed up for an account on the site) got leaked.

This, except it was Puddle, not Pid, and also because they sent out emails to buyers with every single buyer in the To: line.
