I am having download troubles from the webpage getting content for Witcher 2 (HQ artwork). I keep getting a forbidden error.

When I try to contact support about this, by filling out the appropriate form, even if I pick "other" I keep getting a request to add a DxDiag file. NO I AM SORRY, YOU DO NOT NEED THAT FOR THIS ERROR. I think it's retarded that no matter what I select in the error report, I keep having to attach this annoying file which I don't feel like going through the hassle of making when it's NOT NECESSARY.

Please remove this daft requirement. Oh and fix the Witcher 2 downloads!!!

Thanks.

Ok, first the gog site seems to be a bit overloaded at the moment, lots of error pages and gogbears. Another thing, did you try downloading it with the gog downloader?
And regarding support, which category did you choose? If you choose for example "Problems with website and user account" which is I think an appropriate category for your problem, you should be able to submit a support ticket without adding any file :-)
Not sure if this helps you, but I just tried downloading the Witcher 2 HD artwork through the GOG downloader and it worked just fine.

This. It sounds like you (the OP) were trying to report it as a problem with The Witcher 2, that is, with the game itself.

Saying I was out of here, but anyway: Yeah, the requirement is crappy because it's for every single support request through the form, but when not relevant I always added a text file named nope.txt Did the trick just fine even if empty (first time I put in "it's not needed" in it).
