So apparently TLJ works on Win8, but it still doesn't work on Win7? Nooooo! I have been waiting ages for it to be playable on Win7. I have issues with graphics flickering and getting as low as like 15 FPS framerates.

It's a bit of a downer that it works on Win8 but not Win7. :/

Not to say it isn't good that it's Win8 tested and approved, but still.

When was that? Last I tried was about 6 months ago I think? I figured I'd just wait until it had the 7 on there.

If you've got a more recent version, I might as well try redownloading it.

This sounds like it might be a video card issue of some sort...

It may very well be. AMD Radeon HD 6800 series.
