Have you actually tried redownloading it?

Obscure, for example, gives a 404 error message.

The reply notification seems broken too. It was always a bit dodgy (notifications disappear after you'd seen them once), but now they're not appearing at all. Meaning I have to guess which threads I'm getting replies in. Pointless, in other words.

Yes, i tried the new format but didn't managed to get it working. Maybe the problem is with thread titles too long or maybe thread titles with special characters in the name ?

There's a thread named "A quick warning to people who are going to buy Div2 (apart from Germany)" in the Divine Divinity board, that's the one i couldn't link to yesterday.

Not exactly. I won't describe you the system in details but posting is promoted to certain extent as well as getting votes for you're posts. Solving questions also matters. I will not say anything more about this even if you get the spanish inquisition and a comfortable armchair...

In fact it won't update past page 14 at all for me. I see it bumped all the time on the general forum page, I just don't see any new posts past post #280 in that thread.

Who'd expect the spanish inquisition anyway?

Also, am I the only one having problems attaching images to posts? It never seems to finish even after 5+ minutes (for a 50kb jpg at that)

Old version was largely the same. I had posts getting swallowed. It was slow as hell. The message centre thing never really worked very well. The rep system seemed unbalanced to the point of being useless.

But I do have to wonder about the logic behind releasing a whole new version of the site and ending the beta then. Did they honestly think there weren't going to be any bugs or something?

6 threads always seem to be missing between page 1 and page 2. It doesn't matter what you set your topics per page at either. (there are also 6 stickied threads...related?)
