I saw this via a tweet somewhere. I can appreciate the accuracy, hell, I love making Fallout 3 props myself. That suit is excellent!

Rondel: Too bad that it is Fallout 3 version of power armor. Original looks much better.

To be quite honest, I disagree. Power armor in Fallout 3 was freakin' cool.
... I feel dirty for saying that, I really do.
But it looks more .. industrial, more real. Fallout 1/2 Power Armor looks like a mini mech.

You're right, the fallout 3 armor looks more scavenger and post apocalyptic in some ways.
but after all its about what you like, theres no correct answer.

Hey guys, if you compare them there the same suit its just the fall out 3 one is all close up. I always thought the fallout 1/2 ones looked like metal spendex.

i love all power armors
but if i rate them then:
F2: Enclave power amour
FT: Brotherhood power armour
F3: Tesla armour
F3: original Armour
F1&2 original armour.

hmm the Fallout 1/2 power armor wasnt meant to be post apocalyptic but a relic from before the war. So its rather a high tech exoskeleton and certainly not made of ordinary steel like the fallout 3 one seems to be.
On a side note...the barrels of the minigun need to form a real circle or it would never work.

They had a stealth suit, instead. The Power Armors came late in conflict and were instrumental in liberating Alaska from the Red Chinese.
