sorry if this is a known fact, but I've been really surprised to find Broken Age on Humble Store, DRM-free!

is it possible that GOG will release the game as well? that would be great!
Of course yes, just wait a bit untile they've milked the Steam version.
Thanks for the info, I had only known about the Steamshackled version. All DRM-free options are good in my book.
Yeah, got the email that I could download a DRM Free version now. Already finished it on Steam and I doubt I'll be playing Act 1 again. But I guess it's nice to finally have a DRM Free version.
Maybe GOG will get it one day, *if* DF ever finishes all the Acts *before they run out of money yet again and have to run to HB to throw everything in a bundle yet again*

Is that the fashionable thing to do now? Let Steam handle the release and then open up to other platforms afterwards? Maybe it has something to do with preventing day one piracy (even though Steam is cracked in minutes...).

Yep, we will probably never see Broken Age on GOG. :D

steam is still the most "visible" platform for gamers in the eyes of developers, everyone wants to sell there (other services usually have to ask to be able to sell their games)

and partly the anti-piracy too, but that is just plain stupid as you might have guessed :)
I doubt that Broken Age will come to GOG before Act 2 is released. Once Act 2 is ready, it's a possibility.
tweet em and ask :)

Ok then, they will send you the game on floppy disks.

If only they could add a couple puzzles as bonus, I just may be sold (again).
