Oh, that was a marvelous scene. But then again, I'm trying to think of a scene in Breaking Bad that wasn't marvelous, and I'm drawing a blank.

So I'm essentially just posting because people need to talk more about Breaking Bad and how amazing it is.
Most of the scenes aren't as nearly as well done as that scene though,( or group of scenes, including the previous 2 locations). It's the only time where I got multiple chills while watching it.

But thanks for bumping this because you're right, more people need to talk about how amazing the show is

For TV programming currently in production (not cancelled), for me there exists a holy trinity: Mad Men, Breaking Bad, and Community. Nothing else comes close.

I was a late convert to Breaking Bad (I found the premise a bit dubious/exploitative and figured it "wouldn't be thing") and only got on-board when Season 2 was released on DVD. I grudgingly broke down from a friend's constant badgering and decided to rent both seasons to see what all the fuss and accolades were about. I must have swallowed every single ep in a week, it was as addictive as the BLUE glass Walt bakes. Hooked for life. The writing, acting, pacing and tension all come together in a perfectly synthesized drama.

Giancarlo Esposito is a force of nature. Such a perfect supervillian

I like the main actor, he is great in this and just as good as he was in Malcolm in the Middle.

Oh, man. The semi-silent scene in "Box Cutter." Instant transformation from quietly ominous force to terrifying reptilian bastard capable of absolutely anything. That was probably my big chills moment.

That, and the final shot of the season 4 finale, when *VAGUE HINTING AT SPOILERS* you suddenly realize what a monster Walt has become. *END VAGUE HINTING AT SPOILERS*

Man, this show.
