What do you mean by "too"? Brazil makes EXCELLENT music, just like other Latin American countries. But to Brazil we should especially be thankful for bossa nova and Tom Jobim. :)
Thanks for the song, by the way, it's a bit bossa-ish also. :) I always remember tropics when I hear this music. :)

Well Russian XIX century classics is still considered to be a masterpiece worldwide as far as I know. Doesn't mean we have too many good composers now. I do not know the singer you have mentioned and so I got no opinion on him. :)
