CLOSED. Everyone who entered won!

I'd like to give away a copy of my game Boot Hill Blaster. It's a retro arcade game that's only available on itch.io at the moment.

The game is only runs on Windows right now. Since there has been no real interest in the game, I didn't create Mac or Linux downloads for it, though it wouldn't take long to make them.

There is a demo and it's a bit different from the full version. The demo lacks music and you have to stand still in order for your blaster to recharge. The full version has music and the blaster recharges while moving.

The game has a couple little Easter eggs. One happens the week before Christmas (see attached).

Anyway, the rules:
1) Don't enter if you've scammed anyone. I'll be checking my list twice.
2) Be an active member, even if only occasionally active.
3) Please redeem the game yourself. No trading please.
4) The winner will receive a link on itch.io that will need to be claimed, so an account there is needed if you win.
UPDATE: If someone would like to enter and really doesn't want to sign up at itch.io, I can set up a temporary download link at fascimania.com if you win.

You can enter even if you don't run Windows. If you win, let me know and I'll create the OS X and Linux downloads, If you're on OS X, I will need your help to make sure it works on your system.

If there are enough entries, I will give away multiple copies.

The winner will be randomly selected around noon EST on December 24th or when there are five entries, whichever happens last.

Looks neat, I'm in!
This looks like a nice little game to waste away some time with. Call me in! :)

P.S. Happy holidays to all!
Bump
Ooh, nice giveaway, but not in. I don't have or want an itch.io account. ;)
Looks interesting! Is the game DRM-free?

Update: I'd just noticed it requires an "itch.io" account that I don't have. I guess I'm not in for this one. But good luck to everyone else!

Yes, anything I make will be DRM-free.

You only need the itch.io account to get the download link. The itch.io account is a lot like a GOG account. Since the game is DRM-free, you can download the game and forget about itch.io, though it would allow you to get updates from me more easily.

If someone would like to enter and really doesn't want to sign up at itch.io, I can set up a temporary download link at fascimania.com for the winner.

I'll quote you, too. Read this reply and see if you change your mind. :)

Yeah, if you could do the fascimania.com link then I could re-enter the GA! :) Also, has there been any progress on Kilgazar getting a GOG version? I still think that game should be on GOG someday. :P

OK, then I will do that if you win.

No, no luck on getting Kilgazar on GOG. :(

Aww, that's too bad. It really is odd that GOG doesn't want the game. Then again, I recently learned that GOG rejected Hovertank. Basically the first pseudo-3D game that predated Wolf3D and it was made by id Software! I've always wanted to play that game and for some reason GOG said no. :-/

I was also disappointed to learn about Hovertank's refusal. I happen to know the guy (through the internet) who got the rights to it from Flat Rock and was trying to put it on here. I did Wolf3D modding before trying to do my own games and met him through a forum dedicated to Wolf3D.

That's pretty cool that you know him! Did GOG tell him why it wasn't accepted? Is there any chance he could try to get Hovertank on GOG again?

IronArcturus:
Check PM. We can discuss it there.
Final bump by me. Less than 24 hours to go.
