I have trouble choosing which one to buy, so uh, which one has better sauce ports?
There are no Source Ports for Blood as of today. Though Jace Hall seems to be working in getting a new official source port out there.

Shadow Warrior has two, none very often updated. You can check'em in Shadow Warrior's sub forum here in gog.com.
Source ports aside, Blood is quite simply a better game. I'm not saying Shadow Warrior is bad in any way or form, but Blood gets so many things right - as far as I'm concerned, only get SW over Blood if you hate horror and love Japanese culture.

PikaCommando: snip
Blood is the better game.
Blood Warrior.

But Fenix is right, Blood is objectively a better game. They're both great, so if you "accidentally" get SW it's not like it's the end of the world.

I read somewhere that the SW source port also does not work with Vista. I tried it and it would not let me save my game... which was kind of a problem.
I think they are equal and both better then duke. I just do not get the shadow warrior is not as good as the other build games vibe...

In both is the atmosphere good, the levels great and big, the gameplay satisfying. And they are both fun (remember fun in games ;) ). It comes all down to preference. Do you like horror inspired games and levels, or more asian inspired settings?

Also they play differently: Blood is a lot harder and easily the hardes build game and probably one of the hardest oldshool shooters when you first play it. You have to take your time a bit more. Shadow warrior is a bit faster, more like duke.
Both.

But if you can buy only one, than grab Blood.

I don't know, Caleb can be whiny at times and I got stuck at the second level (the trainyard place) in the shareware dosbox version. Shadow Warrior is kinda too hard, those uzi ninjas are really, really deadly. Or maybe that's just the crappy dosbox setup. I don't know.

How about one that is fun and not too hard but challenging? I'm not one of those "hardcore FPS veterans" :/

Shadow Warrior is ... Kind of easier than Blood, but it's hellovalot more annoying. It throws suicide bombers at you, small, hard to hit bees, and has a way less entertaining set of weapons. If you're looking for a more casual experience, just start blood on an easiest setting - as for 'getting stuck,' Blood and Shadow Warrior share the maze-like level design. Don't worry, nothing in Blood is that hard to figure out. You were probly just having a bad day or something :-P

First time i played Shadow Warrior i also thought it was hard, and i also struggled with the first ninjas but now (and i didn't play it all that much) i find it relativly easy, I got used to shadow warrior really fast. If you want the easiest of the two go for Shadow warrior on the first or second difficulty. Like Fenixp said though SW has a few annoying things and instant death can occur on every level if you not pay attention (so save a bit more then usual), but i think this is true for all build games...
