Something I just thought about for season 3's prize pool...

So, on the sign-up thread preferably you could maybe just CASUALLY mention ONE game that you are interested in that isn't in the prize pool. Now, I'm not saying this is a guarantee, but if said game went on sale at some point during the course of the season, maybe a fellow player or even someone just casually stumbling through the gog forum would be willing to donate this game.

Is this a guarantee that you'll get it? Of course not. But it might lead to a few more lucrative prizes down the line.

This of course doesn't mean you're required to do so. That would just be rude.

Depending on what the undecided go for I might take a team which is not chosen, for diversity. Was playing around with Demons of Khorne actually. Although they would be crap at the start. Going against developed teams while having frenzy and no block... painful.

I was also playing around with some dodgy teams but I can't handle seeing all my team in the injury box. I'm more of a "bash their heads in!" type of coach.

Or I might just continue with my dwarfs.

High elves are mostly solid av8, with the exception of catchers -> pretty durable dodgy team. Amazones last probably longer..until you into dwarfs that is :)

I don't think that's a good idea.
Until the league reaches the end of the 3rd season the person in question might have bought the game for themselves in a sale or has gotten it through other means.
Our random prize pool seems good enough for me.

I have to stay down 3d season but will remain on the reserve-list if needed.

iippo, Zeta, do I see it correctly that Steviec85 (a friend of Hawk?) on our reserve list is the one player on our reserve list that wants to play as soon as there is a spot?

I don't know if the prize pool for the next season has been started, but I will be adding a Legend of Grimrock (GOG version) to it!

Just quick post - am stuck at the work (!).

I know that atleast arno was quite 50/60 about continuing on S3. Id go with the early bird rule here - so the reserve person wanting in to S3 should post here for confirmation asap. unfortunately i dont have the time to write pm's to everyone right now.

If some other admin/mod has the time to, it would be nice - but by no means obligatory, as every reserve player is reading this thread like hawk anyways right? ;)
