Well, there is a microtransition system. You start the game with whatever you find, in my case, a garden hose. You can purchase guns but those are rather costly and take a few weeks to get. In my experience it is better to raid the nearest Home Depot with a gang and steal and improvised melee weapon such as a nail board, hammer, or if you are smart, use the games in depth crafting system to turn that measly paint gun into a dart gun. Or, you could just buy a nail gun....
This would be a great MMO...

Oh my, Home Depot is an awesome dungeon (tier 1 maybe ?). There are a bunch of named that drop lots of good weapons (I want that 3 handed axe so badly !). But first, I would recommend to train on the cashiers, they drop some decent pair of scissors which can be helpful to farm the employees who wander all over the place. Definitely a good dungeon to start with, plus it has nice graphics.
