As you'd expect, Black Friday started and ended in madness. I was watching an NBC new report about that and they even reported that 1.8 million towels were sold from Walmart...yeah...towels.

1.8 million in a country of 300 million? Somehow that doesn't seem like the shopping extravaganza Black Friday is made out to be.

I laugh at the "Black Friday" sales in Canada. It's just a name, the slashed prices that are hallmark of the phenomenon in the US are nowhere to be seen here.

I went into futureshop this morning to pick up a movie, forgetting about the sale, and I could only laugh at how gullible people were, tripping over each to pick up items that were only discounted the same amount as an average weekly sale.

God, I love seeing idiots separated from their money. It gives me faith in humanity.
