Okay, so that's something that some people might be interested in.

Black Desert is a Korean F2P, high fantasy MMORPG that's currently in closed beta.. While I normally hate both F2P and online games (MMOs in particular), the character creation just looks awesome!.

Apparently, there website just broke because thanks to this video, western gamers are becoming aware of the game, so I can't get too much information on it.

Wow, that game will take a long time for character creation. Spend all day creating one character. I hope they have a way to save your progress in the character creation screen, because I will need it.

Too bad they're wasting it on an MMORPG. I would love to see this in aa good single player RPG, or maybe even as a stand alone tool. I will definitely have to check it out once it is released, though I hope it's not just another simple asia grinder.

Character creation is by far my favorite thing to do in an RPG. (not being sarcastic, either. Just ask my wife. I spend a few hours on character creation every time I start one like BG or IWD or NWN).

it's nice tech but, the stylization is mosdef catering to the APAC scene.

i.e.

worn-out, kitsch video game tropes.

wow!

it's probably there as a crutch for hardware, a more stylised game fog.

the music reminds me of Vanguard: Saga of Heros
