Lobsang1979: If GOG released a version of these games I would buy them simply to get rid of the annoying install advertisements that play from the DVD. :)

sheepdragon: ALT+F4 seems to skip those just fine (IIRC).

I will try this after my clean install. Thank you, thank, thank you. :)

uruk: Ea shut down bioware.
ea no longer owns bioware.
bioware buys out ea.

alexei_net: How about BioWare shut down EA?

Wheres the fun in that? No you make them make a game first then shut them down.
We can light the ea burning on fire and watch it burn.then trap any one who works at ea souls. then sit by year after year as they lose hope of escaping.
how about just kill them all and then make a army of undead minions.
we can all ways kill them nice and slow. Thats all ways fun.

How about:
Bioware buys out EA, gains access to all their IP's, and bring all the good stuff to GOG.
So, is Bioware going to announce Jade Empire 2 or what...?
mmm kotor 3?¿ ^_^

Not until after ToR, at the earliest, if at all.

beta opening for there new mmo..
New game.
crazy idea that may or may not happen.
some dlc?

I like Bioware buys out EA.
Just browsing the Bioware site (not the microsites or the social site) and in the dropdown menu for Bioware games under in development it says Dragon Age, TOR and New Next Gen Game. Mass Effect is already listed so maybe this announcement is a new Bioware IP?

I hope for the same.
I will be disappointed if this is just for an expansion for ME2 or the DA2 game. :/
Ok wait, think about this, Bioware has a countdown timer to something on their site while GOG has just announced Atari as a partner, NWN and Baldurs Gate for the first wave of releases anyone?

Paste: Countdown ends on Monday though, and Atari stuff starts that Thursday.
6 hours to go, get your bets in Boys / Girls / Miaghstir
Disturbing note, under the countdown it says: "Countdown to an Epic BioWare Community Event", the last 2 words give me some concern, it's probably going to contain the term "Web2.0" or something equally ghastly

I'm all for it if it makes their horrendous new community site work better.

The revolutionary addition of a sane search function for their community site, maybe?
