Once again, PC gamers have been given the shaft, first it was MW2, then Assassins Creed 2, now it's Bioshock 2. Take note that EA has yet to screw over PC gamers.
Well, Bioshock is not exactly a multiplayer-focused game to begin with...
What are you talking about? Not only have EA been screwing over PC gamers since Spore, but they're also implementing the same draconian DRM scheme in C&C4 that Ubisoft are using.

Still, It does not help that they already put a few nails in the coffin for multiplayer before it was released. It also hurts their reputation of preferring to make a good solid none over a incomplete one as it is gimped by any standards of an multiplayer game.
You know what? GOOD. I almost want to boycott the multiplayer in that game. IT SHOULDNT BE THERE.

I sort of agree with you there. I can think of numerous games that had a completely unnecessary multiplayer component, only because "it MUST have multiplayer", which was played by absolutely noone.
I couldn't care less about multiplayer.
In fact, the only multiplayer game i'm playing is Guild Wars...
Couldn't care less. But then I buy games for their single-player storyline orientated content. Not the tacked on multi-player crap.

Well I suppose C&C 4 having DRM is moot because everybody plays C&C for multiplayer these days. For example, they're really trying to publicize the Battlewhateverthelastwordwas and having live matches played and all that.
But I'm really pissed.

Slight generalisation there. :P But it seems EA's counting on it being true.

I guess that makes two of us. Maybe three. Or four.
I almost want to buy the special edition, just because it includes the soundtrack not only on CD, but also on vinyl!

Special Edition contains:
• 12” Vinyl LP with BioShock orchestral score
• Audio CD with BioShock 2 orchestral score
• Three vintage Rapture advertisement posters (rolled)
• BioShock 2 Art Book, 164 pages and hardcover
• BioShock 2 game

Trouble: the price is about 110 USD, and I don't really want to pay that for the box and shinies inside, no matter how sexy they may be, especially as I'm not interested in the actual game.
Vinyl!?! SWEET... perhaps ebay after peeps buy it and dont have a record player... :)
