Game is amaz-balls and you don't need to have played either of the others, it's a stand alone. It's a FPS with a great story that tackles some interesting racial issues from the US's past. Plus sky-line. So much fun to play on. I pretty much finished it in one weekend because I wanted to see what was going to happen next.

Favorite tv shows? ugh, so many, but mostly they are comedies, especially the british ones, old and new. IT crowd, Green wing, Faulty Towers. All good. I just started watching bob's burgers that that is pretty good. I mean, there was an episode with racing dildos. Dildos! I about died.

As for the question...um, too many series I love to list. I can tell you some of them, though: CSI Miami, Puella Magi Madoka Magica, Kitchen Nightmares (American version), Corneil & Bernie, O Clone...quite the variety I picked, hehe!

I personally like US sitcoms and Japanese Anime. Sitcom whise I prefer the classic mainstream here in Europe: Friends (8)), HIMYM, Scrubs etc. you name it :D
On the Japanese part I pretty much watched all the classics (NGE, Guren Lagann, Dragonball) but I zap in there again from time to time if I have the feeling I need some of my childhood back ;). Currently I'm in for to mainstream endless series - Naruto and One Piece - which I enjoy both very much. Apart from that I had watched a whole lot of Slice-of-Life series in the past, but nowadays I don't have the time for it :D

This sounds like a purchase from Amazon(who have had the best specials on the Bioshock franchise). I can answer the question for you as I have purchased 2 copies of it from there so far.

"Note: Currently, this item is available only to customers located in the United States and who have a U.S. billing address." is the usual disclaimer from them, and is meaningless. I.e. those codes can be used by anyone.

"Requires Steam Client to activate. Steam key only valid in North America." has since been added to many games on Amazon, and I can confirm that it will NOT WORK unless one is from North America. I have tested this personally, not with this game but with a cheap DLC on sale recently just to confirm that the keys are region-locked.

I'd take that into account when awarding your giveaway. I wanted to enter for a friend in Poland but the key will be useless to them.

If it is not from Amazon, then please ignore what I have said :)
