Absolutely nothing. I've tried it many times through 2 days and still the same problem

weird, if it doesn't work you get a message saying so. Maybe your browser is acting screwy.
Try PayPal if you can, it always worked perfectly for me.

Contact your bank to see if they got a transaction that failed, then contact GOG's support. It's not unusual for transactions to fail during high traffic times, but different times of the day should work. If it keeps happening, either your bank is blocking the transfer or GOG never gets a transaction completed. Both your bank and GOG should be able to give you more details about why a transaction failed.
I know the other day my CC company rejected one of the purchases I was going to make, as I made three purcases to the same place. I just ended up using another credit card. But I did receive an error in red on the same page I entered CC info that basically said CC company rejected transaction.
The part about getting no feedback sounds curious to me, I normally get such behaviour when I have scripts deactivated (which is normally the case for every page). Do you use any scrip-blocker like noscript? If so, allow gog.com to run scripts.
Use a different browser.

My internet banking is allowed, i've verified it in the bank today and i've tried it on two different PCs, with the same result.
Waiting for few hours is the key.

I don't use anything like that :)
If you use PayPal, I think you can just pay by credit card (possibly without even opening an account -- but I'm not 100% sure there). Paypal tends to work for folks who can't get it working.

Or possibly the Internet FatesCreatures are telling you that you play too many games. :D

There's no recent payment activity on your account, so it looks like a browser-related issue. When filling out the checkout form, can you see the cardholder name field?

no, I see only ''Card number:'', ''Security Code:'' and ''Expiration date:''
