Taking a wild guess, I would assume that the most powerful card by BFG would be the one they call "BFG NVIDIA GeForce GTX 480 1.5GB GDDR5 PCIe 2.0"

Tantrix: Anyone suggest me some good cards?

stonebro: I've heard good things about the BFG 9000.

Yes, it would have been a real killer.

Navagon: What's your budget, current system and power supply?

Don't worry about my budget, but I am up to pay till $300 bucks.
Anyway, my system is Win7, and my comp is somewhat new. I think my power supply is a dual core.

Knowing your actual power in Watts would be a more informative piece of information.

The power supply unit is the thing in the back you plug the power cable into. Generally, what I'm asking is: what is the wattage. That should be visible on the side if you open the case. Although if there's a brand then that will be useful too. The reason this is important is that some cards are very demanding. Some aren't. So it would help to pick the best card your system can handle.
The reason I ask about the rest of your system is that I don't see any point in spending a lot on a graphics card if the rest of the system is going to bottleneck it. The money might be best split between several components.
OK, maybe I've read too many books (I don't think that's possible) but the first thing I thought of was "Big Friendly Giant" by Roald Dahl. LOL!
I had 3 cards from BFG and each one only lasted a few months. I think it has to do with the overclocking they do on their cards. Anyway I turned to EVGA and in 4 years didn't have a single EVGA die, bye BFG.

Yeah, sorry, I am not the technology dude here.
It's 90 Watt

I'm glad i'm not the only one, I loved that book when I was a kid.

I hope it's a lot more than 90W. Modern high end graphics cards use much more, which is why you get power supplies in the high hundreds and even KW now. (My PSU is 850W).

StingingVelvet: Not saying it would be easy, but I don't think there will ever be no companies willing to sell high-end GPUs. Every niche, no matter how small, has someone serving it.

Agreed. Sooner or later a new company with pop up, it just takes time and the right market conditions.
Then it gets bought by AMD or NVIDIA or Intel. :p hehe

BFG may isn't of the highest quality. But competition is good, so one less option is bad.

I mean the PC, not the light bulb.
Technology... yes, I see that now.

I just looked at the product page of my computer. I'll open the case and tell you the right specifics

Duurr, school doesn't teach me the essential knoweldge 8(

Not enough to power the newer tech cards. You'll want 550-650 for that, preferably a recognized brand, since you'll want spare wattage also. Don't get greedy on the PSU, a faulty unit can wreck your entire computer.
