Nice picture. I can recognize 20-ish (I probably missed a couple on my tiny laptop screen on the bottom in particular). Naming them is kind of problematic though.

Rayman's head is bouncing around in the left bottom corner, with a flaming skull from Doom and Mort from Planscape, and is one of the other heads Scorpion from Mortal Kombat?
Prince of Persia is impaled on a spike at the bottom centre
Populous is the planet at the top? the shamans are from there (not sure which number...)
Kurt from MDK is also at the bottom centre
The creature from Creatures are at the bottom left
