I found it on google. I'm pretty sure it's just people with nothing better to do then dress up their pets. Mind you I don't have anything better to do but I have too much respect for my pets. That and if I tried to put a Dracula cape on my cat he'd cut me to ribbons.

It's cool, just the white dog gave me a weird impression :)
